Took car in for a recall that would take 2 hours. It was longer and they provided me with a loaner car while I waited 2 days for the repair to occur. Staff was friendly with me despite the pressure they were experiencing from other customers they were encountering.

My husband and I recently purchased a preowned GMC Terrain from Coyle. I have always hated the whole car shopping process. Our sales person was Antwone, he was pleasant, and professional from start to finish as was everyone we encountered during the process. This dealership and the employees have changed my mind about buying a vehicle. James, the manager of the detail department went above and beyond and represented Coyle’s dedication to the customer. Thank you Coyle. The only thing I would change would be the choice of music playing in the showroom.

Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville, Indiana has earned my business. Jackie Marriot in service treated me like a member of the family. She brought a bright spot into an otherwise stressful situation. My family and I pulled a Camper to a nearby state park from our home in Florida. We were escaping Irma with 3 kids (under 7 y/o) in tow. My 2015 1-ton Duramax needed an oil change before we left, but there was no time. We needed tires too. We started to smell smoke and got really nervous. I called Jackie and told her some Florida Refugees needed to get into the shop. I didn’t expect there to be any openings, and there weren’t. She fit us in any way. I dropped off the truck and they drove me to my office. In the afternoon, they picked me up and drove me to my newly decked out truck! Service with a smile and prices that don’t break the bank. I owe Jackie and Coyle Chevrolet a huge debit. For my next truck, I just might head that way.

We purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LTZ Z71 yesterday. I must say, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We went to Coyle Chevrolet because of Rick Sires. We had dealt with him for years at Bob Hook and had to follow him because he had always taken such great care of us. Our Salesperson was Antwan Allen, the General Sales Manager we dealt with was Dave Sillings, and Lewis Goins was the Business Manager who handled our financing. We can not say enough good things about each and every one of these men. Thank you Rick for putting us in such great hands. We stopped at Coyle Nissan without an appointment to have our Murano checked out. We were so happy we used this Nissan Dealer. A Nissan dealer in Toledo had changed the oil. The next day (we were on vacation and headed home) we noticed a puddle of oil under the vehicle. The service department failed to tighten the oil pan plug. My husband tightened the plug, but we wanted to be sure that it was done correctly.Gannon Gray, the Service Advisor, at Coyle Nissan had our Murano looked over completely to make sure everything correct. He had us out the door in about half an hour. He was friendly and made us feel like our problem was his problem. Wish this dealer was in our city in Alabama! Highly recommend!

I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

We went to Coyle to look at one specific car, a used 2015 Sentra. The salesman, Jim, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. The sales manager (I apologize I forgot his name) was very accommodating. It was cold and raining and they pulled the car in the service Bay for us to look at closer....even got towels to wipe it dry. We worked together on a price that was fair for both of us. It was a great buying experience. I will be buying another car from them when my next daughter is ready!
